Charie is currently the President of Medical Staffing Resources Inc.

She is a top caliber Staffing Executive with over 20+ years of experience and success within the field of recruitment. Her expertise lies with International Recruitment, Executive Search, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing in the areas of Business Development, Operations, Leadership, Strategic Recruitment, Event Management and Client Management/ Client Retention from a multinational manpower provider both local and abroad.

She gained experience and training from top Executive Searches, Overseas agencies and Hospital in the country and abroad. Prior to her current position, she started as the Operations Manager with MSR and has helped the company increase deployment by gaining more clients from 5 to 70+ as of today. With her passion in healthcare recruitment, she was able to bridge clients and jobseekers in landing their dream jobs abroad.

Cecil Dela Rosa is currently the Business Development Director of Medical Staffing Resources, Inc.

She has been working in the field of recruitment industry for almost 3 decades. Prior to joining MSR, she had worked extensively in the Human Resources Department of a government hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 15 long but fruitful years. This developed and widened her professional career as she was able to interact with different types of people, nationalities and cultures.

Presently, she coordinates and implements plans to increase existing business and capture new opportunities for the company.  She has shared her knowledge and insights to the team to improve the processes. With her connections to top executives and her client management expertise, she’s able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
